Are your sauces vegan and gluten-free?
Yes! Our flagship Sichuan Chili Crisp, Zhong Sauce, and Mala Spice Mix are all vegan and made without gluten-containing ingredients. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
How should I store my Sichuan Chili Crisp?
Our sauces are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration after opening, though keeping them in the fridge can help preserve the vibrant flavors for longer. Just ensure you use a clean spoon to avoid cross-contamination.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring the flavors of Chengdu to the rest of the world soon, so stay tuned for updates.
